These Terms and Conditions apply to Fleecora’s £10 Welcome Offer and Monthly Prize Draw.

The promoter is Katabrielle Limited, trading as Fleecora (“Fleecora”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

PART A — £10 WELCOME OFFER

1. Welcome Offer

Eligible new Fleecora email subscribers may receive a £10 discount voucher after completing the applicable Fleecora sign-up process.

The voucher may be used on an eligible order placed through Fleecora’s website, subject to these Terms.

2. Voucher Value

The Welcome Offer provides:

£10 off one eligible Fleecora order.

3. No Minimum Spend

There is no minimum spend requirement for use of the £10 Welcome Offer voucher.

If the eligible product value of an order is less than £10, the voucher will reduce the eligible product value accordingly.

Any unused portion of the voucher:

• has no cash value;

• will not be refunded in cash;

• will not be issued as store credit; and

• will not be carried forward for use on another order.

Unless Fleecora states otherwise, delivery charges are not treated as qualifying product value for the purpose of the voucher.

4. Eligibility for the Welcome Offer

The Welcome Offer is intended for eligible new Fleecora subscribers participating in the applicable sign-up promotion.

The Welcome Offer is limited to:

One Welcome Offer voucher per person/customer.

A person must not create multiple accounts, provide multiple email addresses or otherwise attempt to obtain additional Welcome Offer vouchers.

Fleecora may refuse or cancel duplicate or improperly obtained vouchers.

5. Voucher Use

Unless Fleecora expressly states otherwise, a Welcome Offer voucher:

• may be used only once;

• may be used only through the Fleecora website;

• cannot be exchanged for cash;

• cannot be sold for monetary value;

• cannot be transferred for monetary consideration;

• cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an order already completed; and

• cannot be combined with another promotional or discount code.

The voucher must be successfully entered or applied before checkout is completed.

6. No Expiry Date

The £10 Welcome Offer voucher does not expire.

Fleecora may change or withdraw the Welcome Offer for future subscribers, but this will not invalidate a voucher already validly issued unless there has been fraud, abuse or another material breach of these Terms.

7. Returns and Refunds

Where products bought using the Welcome Offer are returned, any refund will be calculated by reference to the amount actually paid for the returned products after application of the discount.

The discount itself has no cash value and will not normally be refunded separately or converted into cash or store credit.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Misuse

Fleecora may refuse, suspend or cancel a Welcome Offer voucher where Fleecora reasonably believes that there has been:

• fraud;

• abuse or manipulation of the promotion;

• use of false information;

• creation of duplicate accounts;

• use of multiple email addresses to obtain additional vouchers; or

• another material breach of these Terms.

PART B — FLEECORA MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW

9. Start of the Monthly Prize Draw

The Fleecora Monthly Prize Draw campaign begins on:

1 November 2026

To participate in the November 2026 Prize Draw, a participant must have completed a valid registration before 00:00 UK time on 1 November 2026.

A person registering on or after 00:00 UK time on 1 November 2026 will not be included in the November pool and will normally first become eligible for the December 2026 Prize Draw.

Participants do not need to register again every month after they have entered the active Prize Draw pool.

10. Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary

Entry to the Fleecora Monthly Prize Draw is free.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Buying a Fleecora product, spending more money with Fleecora or making multiple purchases will not improve a participant’s chance of winning.

The Prize Draw is intended to operate as a free draw.

11. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to eligible participants worldwide where participation is legally permitted.

A participant must:

• be at least 18 years old when entering; and

• meet any higher legal age or age-of-majority requirement applying in their country, state, province or territory of residence.

Where applicable local law requires a person to be older than 18 to participate legally, that higher minimum age applies.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Employees of Katabrielle Limited and persons directly involved in administering or operating the Prize Draw are not eligible to participate.

Members of their immediate households are also excluded where necessary to protect the integrity and impartiality of the Prize Draw.

Fleecora may request reasonable evidence of:

• age;

• identity;

• place of residence; and/or

• eligibility,

before confirming a prize.

Fleecora may refuse or cancel an entry or prize where participation or prize fulfilment would:

• be unlawful;

• breach sanctions, trade restrictions or other applicable legal requirements;

• require a regulatory registration, licence, bond or similar obligation that Fleecora cannot reasonably satisfy; or

• otherwise expose Fleecora to an unlawful regulatory requirement.

12. How to Enter

To enter the Monthly Prize Draw, an eligible participant must register a valid email address through the applicable Fleecora Prize Draw or registration form.

No payment or purchase is required.

Each individual is permitted:

One active Prize Draw entry.

Once a participant has validly entered an eligible monthly pool, they remain in the active draw pool for future monthly draws without needing to enter again, subject to these Terms.

A participant leaves the active draw pool if they:

• win a prize under this campaign;

• request removal;

• become ineligible;

• are disqualified;

• cannot lawfully continue participating; or

• the Monthly Prize Draw campaign ends.

Use of multiple identities, accounts or email addresses to obtain additional entries is prohibited.

Automated, bulk-generated, fraudulent or manipulated entries may be excluded.

13. Prize Draw Entry and Marketing Consent

Entry into the Prize Draw and consent to receive electronic marketing are treated separately where required by applicable law.

A person is not required to consent to Fleecora marketing emails solely in order to have a valid free Prize Draw entry.

Where Fleecora asks a participant to consent to marketing communications, that request will be presented separately and will explain the type of marketing communications concerned.

Where a participant has given valid marketing consent, Fleecora may send communications concerning:

• Fleecora products;

• new collections;

• offers;

• discounts;

• promotions;

• events;

• Prize Draw news; and

• other Fleecora updates.

A participant may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in marketing emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not automatically withdraw an otherwise valid Prize Draw entry.

14. Monthly Draw Periods and Entry Cut-Off

Fleecora will normally establish the eligible participant pool for each Monthly Prize Draw at the start of the applicable calendar month.

To be included in a particular month’s Prize Draw, a participant must complete a valid registration before 00:00 UK time on the first calendar day of that month.

Registrations completed on or after the start of that month will not be included in that month’s Prize Draw.

Instead, those registrations will normally first become eligible for the following month’s Prize Draw, provided the participant continues to satisfy these Terms.

For example:

• To participate in the November 2026 Prize Draw, registration must be completed before 00:00 UK time on 1 November 2026.

• A person registering at any time from 00:00 on 1 November 2026 until 23:59:59 on 30 November 2026 will normally first become eligible for the December 2026 Prize Draw.

• To participate in the December 2026 Prize Draw, registration must be completed before 00:00 UK time on 1 December 2026.

• A person registering during December 2026 will normally first become eligible for the January 2027 Prize Draw.

Participants who are already in the active Prize Draw pool do not need to register again each month.

An existing eligible participant will continue to be included automatically in future monthly draws until they:

• win a prize;

• request removal from the Prize Draw;

• become ineligible;

• are disqualified under these Terms; or

• the Monthly Prize Draw campaign ends.

For administrative and verification purposes, Fleecora may create a record or snapshot of the eligible participant pool at or shortly after the applicable monthly cut-off.

A registration received after the applicable cut-off will not be added retrospectively to a Prize Draw whose participant pool has already been established.

15. Timing of the Monthly Draw

Fleecora will normally conduct each Monthly Prize Draw during the applicable calendar month, using the participant pool established at the start of that month.

The exact draw date may vary.

Fleecora will normally select and begin contacting the winner or winners before the end of the applicable month or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

Where Fleecora announces a specific draw date for a particular month or special promotion, that announced date will apply.

If circumstances outside Fleecora’s reasonable control delay a draw, Fleecora will conduct it as soon as reasonably practicable.

Any material delay may be communicated through Fleecora’s website or official social media channels.

16. Ongoing Entry Until a Participant Wins

An eligible participant who does not win remains in the active Prize Draw pool for future monthly draws.

For example, a participant included in the November 2026 pool who does not win will normally remain automatically eligible for December 2026 and subsequent Monthly Prize Draws.

They do not need to submit a new registration each month.

A participant will continue to have a chance to win in each applicable monthly draw until they:

• win a prize;

• request removal;

• become ineligible;

• are disqualified; or

• the campaign ends.

17. One Win Per Person

Each person may win only once under the Fleecora Monthly Prize Draw campaign.

Once Fleecora confirms a winner’s eligibility and entitlement to a prize, that person will be removed from the active Prize Draw pool.

That person will not participate in subsequent Monthly Prize Draws under the same campaign.

If a provisionally selected participant is subsequently found to be ineligible or does not validly claim the prize, Fleecora may treat that person as not having won and determine their future eligibility in accordance with these Terms.

18. Number of Winners

Unless otherwise announced before the applicable draw, there will normally be:

One winner per Monthly Prize Draw.

Fleecora may increase the number of winners or prizes for:

• special events;

• seasonal campaigns;

• product launches;

• anniversaries;

• holiday promotions;

• promotional partnerships; or

• other specified promotions.

Where Fleecora intends to have more than one winner or offer additional prizes, the number and nature of those prizes will be announced before the applicable draw takes place.

The announcement may be published through:

• Fleecora’s website;

• Fleecora’s official Facebook page;

• another official Fleecora social media account; and/or

• promotional material relating to that draw.

Special terms clearly stated for a specific promotion will apply alongside these general Terms.

19. Monthly Prize Information

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, a confirmed winner will receive:

One Fleecora product from the prize options designated by Fleecora for the applicable draw.

Before the applicable draw, Fleecora will make sufficient information available regarding the nature and number of prizes so that participants can understand what may be won.

The applicable prize notice may identify:

• a specific Fleecora product;

• a specified group or selection of Fleecora products;

• separate options for men and women;

• available product categories; and/or

• other clearly described Fleecora prize options.

Where different options are available, the particular product supplied to a winner may depend on:

• the prize options announced for the applicable draw;

• available inventory;

• applicable sizing;

• the winner’s available choice; and

• other options described in the relevant prize announcement.

20. Product and Size Selection

After a winner has been selected, Fleecora will contact the winner by email.

Where applicable, Fleecora may ask the winner to confirm or select:

• their preferred eligible Fleecora product;

• their required size;

• their preferred style;

• colour;

• variant;

• men’s or women’s option; and/or

• other details reasonably required to fulfil the prize.

Not every prize will require a product, size, style or variant selection.

Available choices are limited to the options applicable to that Prize Draw and Fleecora’s reasonably available stock.

21. Prize Availability and Substitution

Prizes are subject to availability.

A prize:

• is non-transferable unless Fleecora agrees otherwise;

• cannot be exchanged for cash;

• cannot be sold back to Fleecora;

• cannot be redeemed for store credit; and

• must be accepted in accordance with these Terms.

If an advertised or selected prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Fleecora’s reasonable control, Fleecora may provide a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value where reasonably practicable.

Fleecora will not substitute an advertised prize merely to avoid awarding it.

22. Random Winner Selection

Winner selection will be based entirely on chance.

Winners will be selected from all valid and eligible entries contained in the participant pool established for the applicable Monthly Prize Draw.

Fleecora will use a computerised process capable of producing verifiably random results.

Fleecora will retain appropriate internal evidence relating to the winner-selection process.

Where a verifiably random computer process is not used, winner selection will be performed by or under the supervision of an appropriately independent person.

Purchasing from Fleecora will not affect the random-selection process or increase an entrant’s chance of winning.

23. Winner Notification

Fleecora will contact a provisionally selected winner using the email address registered with Fleecora.

Fleecora will normally send the first winner notification within 7 days after the applicable draw takes place.

The winner may be required to provide or confirm reasonable information including:

• full name;

• age or confirmation of applicable age eligibility;

• country of residence;

• delivery address;

• product preference, where applicable;

• size, where applicable;

• style, colour or variant, where applicable; and

• information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility or fulfil the prize.

The selected winner should normally respond within:

7 days of Fleecora’s first winner-notification email.

Fleecora will never require a winner to make a purchase or pay Fleecora a fee in order to claim the advertised prize.

24. Failure to Claim or Confirm Eligibility

If a provisionally selected winner:

• fails to respond within the stated claim period;

• cannot reasonably be contacted;

• provides materially false or inaccurate information;

• is found to be ineligible;

• cannot lawfully receive the prize;

• materially breaches these Terms; or

• fails to provide information reasonably necessary to fulfil the prize,

Fleecora may treat the prize as unclaimed.

Fleecora may then select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible participants using the same or an equivalent compliant selection process.

Fleecora will make reasonable efforts to contact a selected winner before treating a prize as unclaimed.

25. Winner Announcements and Winners Board

The result of each Monthly Prize Draw will be announced through one or more official Fleecora channels.

These may include:

• Fleecora’s official website;

• the Fleecora Winners Board;

• Fleecora’s official Facebook page; and/or

• other official Fleecora social media channels.

Fleecora may publish or make available sufficient information to demonstrate that a valid prize has been awarded.

Subject to applicable privacy requirements, Fleecora may choose to display limited information about confirmed winners on the Fleecora Winners Board.

This may include:

• the winner’s first name;

• surname or surname initial;

• country;

• county;

• state;

• province or general geographical area;

• the applicable draw month or promotion; and

• the Fleecora prize received.

Fleecora will not normally publicly disclose unnecessary personal information such as:

• the winner’s complete home address;

• personal email address;

• telephone number;

• payment information; or

• other unnecessary private information.

Participants will be informed, before or at the time of entry, that Fleecora intends to publish or make available information regarding confirmed winners.

A winner may contact Fleecora at:

to:

• object to publication of their personal information; or

• ask Fleecora to reduce the amount of identifying information published.

Fleecora will consider such requests in accordance with applicable law.

Where required, Fleecora may nevertheless provide appropriate winner information privately to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator or authority to demonstrate that a valid prize was awarded.

26. Winner Photographs and Post-Win Publicity

After a winner receives their prize, Fleecora may request that the winner provide a photograph showing the winner with, wearing, using or displaying the prize received.

The winner may be asked to send the photograph to Fleecora by email or another method communicated by Fleecora.

Providing a photograph is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving or retaining the prize.

A winner will not lose an otherwise validly awarded prize merely because they choose not to provide a photograph.

Where a winner voluntarily supplies a photograph, Fleecora may ask for permission to use the photograph for purposes including:

• the Fleecora Winners Board;

• the Fleecora website;

• winner announcements;

• Fleecora’s official Facebook page;

• Fleecora’s official Instagram or other social media channels;

• Prize Draw publicity;

• promotional communications; and

• other reasonable Fleecora marketing relating to the Prize Draw or Fleecora products.

Where applicable law requires consent or other permission for publication or promotional use, Fleecora will obtain that permission before using the photograph.

The winner may choose whether to grant such permission.

Where permission is given, Fleecora will use the photograph consistently with the permission provided and applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Unless separately agreed, Fleecora will not sell a winner’s photograph to an unrelated third party.

Fleecora may also request a short review, testimonial or comment about the winner’s experience or prize.

Providing such a review, testimonial or comment is also voluntary.

27. Delivery of Prizes

A confirmed winner must provide Fleecora with a valid and complete delivery address.

After receiving all information reasonably necessary to fulfil the prize, including any applicable product and size selection, Fleecora will arrange dispatch as soon as reasonably possible.

Fleecora intends to make prizes available for worldwide delivery where reasonably possible and legally permitted.

Delivery depends on matters including:

• destination country;

• recipient location;

• stock availability;

• product selection;

• courier availability;

• customs procedures;

• import restrictions;

• international transportation;

• local postal services;

• weather;

• transport disruption; and

• other circumstances outside Fleecora’s reasonable control.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom may take several weeks or longer, depending on destination and circumstances.

Fleecora cannot guarantee a particular delivery date.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Fleecora is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the winner.

Where reasonably practicable, Fleecora may provide appropriate dispatch or tracking information.

28. International Delivery Restrictions

A prize may not be dispatched to a country or territory where:

• doing so is prohibited by applicable law;

• applicable sanctions prohibit delivery;

• the relevant product cannot lawfully be imported;

• no reasonable delivery service is available; or

• another legal or regulatory restriction prevents fulfilment.

If delivery to the winner’s location is not lawfully or reasonably possible, Fleecora will consider whether a lawful and reasonable alternative delivery arrangement or substitute prize can be offered.

Nothing in these Terms requires Fleecora to breach any law, sanction, trade restriction, customs rule or regulatory obligation.

29. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International prizes may be subject to customs processes, import taxes, duties or similar charges depending on the winner’s jurisdiction.

Fleecora will comply with its legal obligations relating to shipment of the prize.

Unless Fleecora expressly states that it will pay a particular duty, tax or charge, any personal tax liability arising solely from a winner’s receipt or ownership of the prize remains the responsibility of the winner to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where reasonably necessary, Fleecora may provide information concerning the prize to customs, tax or other lawful authorities.

Nothing in this section makes a winner responsible for a cost that applicable law requires Fleecora to pay.

30. Fair Participation and Anti-Fraud Measures

Fleecora may investigate, invalidate or remove an entry where Fleecora reasonably believes that:

• materially false information has been provided;

• an automated or bulk-entry system has been used;

• duplicate entries have been created;

• multiple identities or email addresses have been used to obtain additional chances;

• a participant has attempted to manipulate the random-selection system;

• the promotion has been interfered with;

• fraud has occurred; or

• the participant has materially breached these Terms.

Any decision to disqualify an entrant will be made reasonably and on the basis of relevant evidence.

Fleecora may retain records reasonably necessary to detect duplicate entrants, previous winners, fraud and abuse.

31. Records of the Draw

Fleecora may retain reasonable internal records demonstrating proper administration of each draw, including:

• the applicable draw month;

• applicable eligibility cut-off;

• participant pool;

• applicable prize description;

• number of prizes;

• date of winner selection;

• random-selection method;

• selected winner or winners;

• any replacement selection;

• winner notification;

• prize confirmation; and

• fulfilment of the prize.

Such information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, audit, regulatory, fraud-prevention or legal purposes, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

32. Changes to a Draw

Fleecora will not materially change an advertised draw merely because the promotion has become less commercially favourable or in order to avoid awarding a prize.

Where circumstances genuinely outside Fleecora’s reasonable control make a change necessary, Fleecora may make a reasonable amendment required to administer the promotion fairly and lawfully.

Material changes will, where reasonably practicable, be communicated through the same or similar channels used to advertise the promotion.

Fleecora will seek to avoid disadvantaging participants who have already validly entered.

33. Special Promotions

Fleecora may operate special or additional Prize Draw promotions alongside the regular Monthly Prize Draw.

A special promotion may have different:

• eligibility cut-off dates;

• draw dates;

• number of winners;

• prizes;

• product choices;

• eligibility criteria; or

• other promotional conditions.

Any significant differences will be clearly stated in the applicable special promotion before the relevant draw.

Specific terms for a special promotion will apply alongside these Terms.

Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms will apply to that promotion to the extent of the conflict, provided that doing so is lawful and fair.

34. Suspension, Postponement or Cancellation

Fleecora may suspend, postpone or cancel a Prize Draw only where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• legal or regulatory requirements;

• fraud or attempted manipulation;

• a serious technical failure;

• cyberattack;

• unavailability of essential systems;

• sanctions or trade restrictions;

• events making prize fulfilment unlawful or impossible;

• force majeure; or

• other circumstances outside Fleecora’s reasonable control.

Where reasonably practicable, Fleecora will communicate a material suspension, postponement or cancellation through its website or official social media channels.

Where a promotion can reasonably continue in a fair and lawful manner, Fleecora will seek to do so.

35. Personal Information

Personal information connected with the Welcome Offer and Prize Draw will be handled in accordance with Fleecora’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, Fleecora may process information where reasonably necessary to:

• administer the Welcome Offer;

• administer the Prize Draw;

• establish monthly participant pools;

• maintain the ongoing active participant pool;

• verify eligibility;

• detect duplicate entries or abuse;

• conduct the random draw;

• contact provisionally selected winners;

• verify winners;

• obtain applicable product or size choices;

• deliver prizes;

• administer the Winners Board;

• contact winners regarding optional photographs or post-win publicity;

• retain appropriate records of previous winners;

• demonstrate that prizes have been properly awarded;

• prevent fraud; and

• comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Fleecora may retain sufficient information about confirmed previous winners to enforce the one-win-per-person rule.

Information used for Prize Draw administration will not automatically be treated as marketing consent.

36. Marketing Communications

Where Fleecora relies on consent to send electronic marketing, the consent request will be separate from these Terms and will require an appropriate affirmative action.

Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Withdrawal of marketing consent will not invalidate a Prize Draw entry already validly made and will not automatically remove a participant from future draws under this campaign.

37. Social Media Platforms

The Prize Draw may be advertised or discussed through Facebook, Instagram or other social media services.

Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, it is:

not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform.

Participants provide information for administration of the Fleecora promotion to Katabrielle Limited, not to the relevant social media platform, except to the extent information is processed by the platform as part of its own service.

Participants must also comply with the applicable platform’s lawful terms of use.

38. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;

• fraud; or

• fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to applicable law, Fleecora will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

• internet failure;

• telecommunications failure;

• system outages;

• email-delivery problems;

• social-media platform outages;

• courier or postal disruption;

• customs delays;

• international transportation delays;

• natural events; or

• other circumstances Fleecora could not reasonably prevent.

Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory or mandatory rights that applicable law does not allow Fleecora to exclude.

39. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• providing accurate information;

• maintaining access to the email address used to enter;

• checking email communications, including spam or junk folders where appropriate;

• notifying Fleecora of information required to fulfil a confirmed prize;

• ensuring participation is lawful where they live; and

• complying with these Terms.

Fleecora is not responsible for a participant failing to receive an email because that participant supplied an incorrect address, blocked communications, lost access to the account or failed to check the relevant inbox, provided Fleecora made a reasonable attempt to notify them.

40. Governing Law

These Terms and Fleecora’s administration of the Prize Draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this clause deprives an eligible participant of any mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal protections applying under the laws of their country or jurisdiction which cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

Any dispute will be dealt with by a court having lawful jurisdiction under applicable law.

41. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

42. No Waiver

If Fleecora does not immediately exercise a right under these Terms, that does not mean Fleecora has waived that right.

A waiver in one circumstance does not constitute a waiver in another circumstance.

43. Relationship With Other Fleecora Policies

These Terms should be read together with Fleecora’s:

• Privacy Policy;

• Terms of Service;

• applicable website policies; and

• any specific terms or prize notice relating to an individual Prize Draw or special promotion.

If a specific promotion contains additional terms, those terms will apply to that promotion alongside these general Terms.
